We are committed to developing a self-sustainable local capability to provide FREE diagnosis and treatment to people with disabilities in remote areas with limited access to health facilities.

We are not big and bureaucratic.

PHD makes no profit from funds received. All funds are spent on providing rehabilitation, free health services and care for Cambodian patients; training of Cambodian doctors & nurses; and health providers to strengthen capacity building.

Just $5 dollars will cover the cost of diagnosis and an entire course of malaria treatment.
